Engineering

As UK chartered engineers, detailed design is often included as part of our package, but can be requested as a separate service. We can value engineer designs to reduce your costs considerably, or we can take design from first principle and work your structure out for you. We will find the best solutions to foundations, structures, suspended elements or difficult detailing, assisting the architect to select the right materials with the specific properties for the job at hand. This pro-active design approach helps us to keep our client’s bills as low as possible.

Land Surveying

With satellite-based instruments we guarantee accuracy in field surveys, such as topographies. Once we are onsite, we use total station survey equipment for millimeter accuracy, with an inventory to include pipe lasers, standard orbital lasers, as well as automatic levels.

Measurement Process and Quantity Surveying

Full takeoff plans can be undertaken on your project, and these can be treated separately from a bid process. Complete measurement of every item in your build gives you peace of mind and an overview of what is involved cost-wise.
